This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our DSP Documentation System and automated SMS messaging program.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information from Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who enroll in our shift check-in SMS program:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- DSP ID
- Shift documentation data submitted via SMS reply
2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Sending automated shift check-in text messages to enrolled DSPs
- Collecting shift documentation data to generate Medicaid-compliant progress notes
- Maintaining service records in accordance with our documentation and compliance obligations
3. SMS Messaging Program
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
By enrolling you agree to receive recurring automated shift check-in text messages from Gordon’s Group LLC. These messages are operational in nature and are not promotional. Enrollment is voluntary and consent is not required to use the service.
- Message Frequency: Up to 6 messages per shift day. Message frequency may vary.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- To Opt Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

4. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Shift documentation data is stored in a secure database and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
5. HIPAA Compliance
Gordon’s Group LLC operates in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Client-identifiable information is never transmitted via SMS. All client references in shift documentation use assigned Client IDs only. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is included in automated messages.
6. Data Retention
Enrollment data and shift documentation records are retained in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations governing IDD care documentation and Medicaid billing compliance.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled users and posted at this location. Continued participation in the SMS program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
