SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
Gordon’s Group LLC operates an automated shift check-in text messaging program for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Enrolled DSPs receive text message prompts during scheduled shifts asking about client care activities, and reply by text to document those activities. Messages are operational in nature and are not promotional.
2. Consent Is Voluntary
Enrollment in this SMS program is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use Gordon’s Group LLC’s documentation service, and is not a condition of access to any service we provide. DSPs who choose not to enroll, or who later opt out, will be provided an alternative method of submitting shift documentation.
By enrolling you agree to receive recurring automated shift check-in text messages from Gordon’s Group LLC.
3. Message Frequency
Up to 6 messages per shift day. Message frequency may vary.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Gordon’s Group LLC does not charge for participation in this program. Any charges are those assessed by your mobile carrier under your own plan.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information below. Opting out will not affect your access to the service in any way.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at the information below.
7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Gordon’s Group LLC.
8. Eligibility
This program is available only to Direct Support Professionals using Gordon’s Group LLC’s documentation service, whether individually or through their agency, who are 18 years of age or older and who have enrolled a mobile number they own or are authorized to use.
9. Privacy
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of information collected through this program is described in our Privacy Policy.
Client-identifiable information must never be included in text message replies. All client references use assigned Client IDs only.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled users and posted at this location. Continued participation in the SMS program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
