About this program
Gordon’s Group LLC provides an AI-assisted documentation service to Direct Support Professionals and IDD agencies in North Carolina. Enrolled DSPs receive short shift check-in text messages asking about client care activities, and reply by text to document them.
Enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use the service. If you prefer not to enroll, or you opt out later, you will be given another way to submit shift documentation.
